- Everyman Theatre |
The Everyman Theatre is a well known for staging cutting edge and experimental works and is well respected in this field. From its inception in the early 1960’s the Everyman has tried to bring plays written by and involving Liverpool people to the forefront of its
programme. An innovative youth theatre policy has resulted in many well known Liverpool actors starting out at the Everyman and often coming back in later years to star in national productions.
Situated above the former Hope Hall (now the Everyman Bistro) on Hope Street, the Everyman has a very personal atmosphere affording the audience a ‘closeness’ to the productions not normally available in other venues. |
