So many things to do....

It's hard to believe that so many different attractions, venues and tours can be packed into one county.  The diversity and variety of Merseyside offers everything from remote sandy beaches to rural villages to busy inner city life.  At the heart of the county is the World famous city of Liverpool.
Liverpool is an exciting city to visit - and an exciting city to live in.  The city is rich in history, culture and entertainment with a skyline recognisable throughout the world, a history of musical excellence and two premier league football clubs.

Places to Go.... Art on Merseyside....

Merseyside has a wealth of attractions for visitors.  From guided tours to old favourites such as the Mersey Ferry or the Beatles Story.  Have a look at our comprehensive guide and plan your day out!

A visit to Merseyside isn't complete without a stroll around one of the many Art Galleries on offer.  Our Galleries section will help you to decide between modern art, contemporary or just art in general.
Get back to Nature.... Take in some History....
Liverpool may be a busy city - one of the largest in the country but we still manage to keep our open spaces with many parks and gardens having a rich history of their own.  If you feel like a stroll, amble through our Parks & Gardens guide first. Merseyside has more national museums than anywhere outside the capital.  Some of the venues focus on local interest whilst others cover a broad spectrum.  It's a hard choice but our Museum section will help you.
